Our patients finally have the prescription tracker we’d wanted for years.
Progress Pharmacy × Zoomlogi at a glance
White-labeled tracking for patients and physician groups. Two-stage order-status SMS. AI voice agents on inbound and outbound calls, 14 hours a day. Inbound AI agent successfully answers more than 50% of calls, re-routing the rest to the appropriate teams.

The Starting Point
Progress Pharmacy ships 250 to 500 packages a day – compounded, often temperature-sensitive medications moving overnight to patients and physician clinics across the country. Before Zoomlogi, that operation ran on internal spreadsheets and the carrier’s minimal native tooling. Physician groups called constantly for status updates, and the geography made it worse: the pharmacy closes at 6pm Eastern while its Pacific Northwest clinics are open until 9pm. Staff called FedEx by hand every day to chase delays, recalls, and wrong addresses. Losses were tracked on an internal sheet, with claims outsourced to a third-party audit provider. And for years, the founding team had wanted one thing they couldn’t get: a Domino’s-style pizza tracker for prescriptions.
One Platform for Every Courier
Zoomlogi went live as the pharmacy’s control tower. Every shipment tracked in real time with permanent proof-of-delivery in the chain of custody, including delivery-location data the team couldn’t see on the carrier’s own platform. That visibility was then pushed outward: white-labeled tracking links for patients, a self-serve portal for physician groups. The tracking links earn 50%+ SMS open rates and 61% email open rates.
“The ROI showed up before we even finished onboarding. AI voice, text, and workflow automations cut our Ops and Support teams’ manual work by 50% and recovered 10% of our logistics spend. Because issues are caught proactively, we’ve cut patient delivery delays by up to 70%. The shared visibility has even helped us win new business.”

AI Agents on the Phones
Zoomlogi’s voice agents now work both directions of the phone line. Outbound, the AI calls couriers on delayed shipments, address corrections, and status issues 14 hours a day – beyond the pharmacy’s own operating hours – logging every call summary and transcript to the shipment record. Inbound, an AI agent answers patient and clinic calls for order status, address changes, and escalations. The inbound AI agent scores above 90% for neutral-or-positive sentiment, and is able to successfully answer more than 50% of calls, re-routing the rest to the appropriate teams.
Money Back from the Carrier
Documentation turned into dollars. On day one, Zoomlogi’s freight audit caught late shipments the incumbent audit provider had missed. Automated invoice disputes and damage claims – filed with full supporting evidence from the chain of custody – more than 2xed the damage-claim approval rate.
