Zoomlogi is our one-stop shop for everything we ship.
Minaris × Zoomlogi at a glance
Six couriers unified in one platform. 20 features co-developed in first 4 months. 97% on-time delivery - the first baseline in the company’s history. 70% shorter delays. 100% chain-of-custody documentation, Part 11-compliant with 7-year retention. Now live at two sites.

The Starting Point
Minaris Advanced Therapies manufactures cell and gene therapies where a single shipment can carry a patient’s treatment. At the company’s Philadelphia site, that material moves across six couriers, and before Zoomlogi, each one lived in its own portal or email thread. Shipment coordination ran on Outlook calendar invites, a manual process with real risk of data loss. Chain-of-custody documents sat scattered across inboxes. And there was no baseline for the metrics that matter: no on-time delivery rate, no cost visibility by lane, no record of why shipments were delayed.
“We didn’t get a lot of visibility on inbound. Material would just show up.”
Edna Choi – VP Supply Chain, Minaris Advanced Therapies
One Platform for Every Courier
Working side by side with the Minaris shipping, PM, quality, and manufacturing teams, Zoomlogi replaced the Outlook-invite workflow with a single system of record. Project managers create shipment shells directly in the platform; manufacturing, quality, and shipping are notified automatically with a direct link to the shipment. The shipping team quotes and books FedEx, Cryoport, World Courier, and QuickSTAT without leaving the platform, and every shipment carries tags so reporting rolls up cleanly by team, program, and site. Every document is logged to a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant chain of custody with seven-year retention. A calendar view gives receiving and ops teams a week-ahead picture for staffing and planning.
Since January 2026, twenty features were co-developed with the Minaris team, now in production for other Zoomlogi customers.
The System Acts, Not Just Watches
Visibility alone doesn’t recover a shipment. When a delivery runs past its window, Zoomlogi’s AI voice agent calls the carrier directly during business hours, then logs the call summary and full transcript to the shipment record. Since deployment, average delay duration on affected shipments has dropped 70%. Analytics dashboards track on-time delivery, schedule adherence, cost, and delay reasons.
What’s Next
With Philadelphia running on Zoomlogi, Minaris is extending the platform to its Allendale, New Jersey site, where the logistics team began booking QuickSTAT and World Courier shipments directly in the platform in July 2026.
